Trees4ChildVietnam cooperate with Bamboo Agro Forestry to create 2 x Help with just 1 x Act:
For each donation that you give, we use 10% to planting trees via Bamboo Agro Forestry. All the trees is owned by you, and after 5 years, Bamboo Agro Forestry shall buy-back these trees with the original amount that you donated!
Bamboo Agro Forestry AS is a Norwegian social enterprise that sells bamboo trees and donation packages to counter poverty and climate change in Vietnam. Their products help crowdfund the activities of Bamboo Agro Forestry Ltd. (BAF) in Norway and Vietnam. BAF is the forestry agent that plants and takes care of the bamboo trees owned by our customers/Donor’s.

Bamboo4Saving – Planting bamboo
Bamboo4Saving is a social bamboo planting program of Bamboo Agro Forestry (BAF), creating opportunities for everyone to join the green mission – contribute to fight climate change, contribute to society whilst receiving a revenue share from bamboo cultivation.
Bamboo Agro Forestry (BAF) will plant bamboo from seed and nurture it for one year. After this period, individuals can purchase a bamboo planting package, which includes a one-year-old bamboo tree. BAF will continue to care for the bamboo until it is ready for harvest in the fifth growing year. Each tree is individually owned by the buyer. From the fifth to the fifteenth year, bamboo can be harvested from each clump without the need for replanting, providing the owner with a fixed annual revenue share on their investment for 11 consecutive years.
